Dr. Kaneaki Tsusaki was recommended as a 2025 Honorary Member of The Iron and Steel Institute of Japan (IISJ) at a ceremony held on March 8, 2025, to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the IISJ. Dr. Yuhei Ogawa received ISIJ Young Researcher Award, and Dr. Kaoruko Sekido received Technical Achievement Contribution Prize. The ceremony was held at the Minami-Osawa Campus of Tokyo Metropolitan University.
